I am a clinical psychologist with over 16 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. Prior to my training and education in clinical psychology, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature and a master’s degree in Slavic Languages & Literatures from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

I have worked with young children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including a multi-service center for homeless adults, a middle school counseling center, community mental health and low-fee clinics, an outpatient hospital clinic, and private practice. I have also been involved as a community and board member of professional organizations and regularly participate in educational and training opportunities.

In addition to private practice, I am Director of the Outpatient Clinic Training Program at a community mental health organization in San Francisco serving economically impoverished children, adolescents, and adults struggling with acute emotional and perceptual disturbances. In this role, I engage in a range of educational and clinical activities, including designing and implementing curricula, facilitating seminars, and providing clinical supervision to graduate students.
